Tracy was born on January 11, 1975, in Ahoskie, North Carolina to the late June Norfleet and the late Jerome Smith. One brother, Travis Norfleet preceded her in death. She departed this life on September 8, 2021 om Roanoke Chowan Hospital.

The Norfleet and Brickhouse families will commemorate the life of Tracy on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at one o'clock in the afternoon, at the Norfleet and Brickhouse Manor. Pastor Bobby Riddick will provide words of comfort for the family and friends. 

Tracy leaves to cherish many years of fond memories to her husband-Dallas Brickhouse; five children-DaQuan Briscoe (Daquam Watford) of Bertie County; Tyrone Briscoe, III (Chanae) of Ahoskie, NC; Omar Brickhouse of Rocky Mount, NC; Lori Brickhouse and Ryan Brickhouse of the home; grandchildren who she adored-Aasim, Alijah, Elon, Tahiri, Omar, Deronye, Layla, Kaliyah, NaJaeah. Besides her immediate family, Tracy leaves to mourn four sisters-Brenda Norfleet and Shaneka Norfleet of Corapeake, NC; Temeka Norfleet of Elizabeth City, NC and Christina Norfleet of High Point, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, in-laws and friends to remember good times.

The Norfleet and Brickhouse Families entrusted the team of Dennis J. Stallings Memorial Funeral Home of Gatesville, NC to serve them during their time of bereavement. DJSMFH professional team will assist the Norfleet and Brickhouse Families during their hours of bereavement and beyond through unprecedented, sincere, heartfelt, compassionate and detailed personalized services catered to the Norfleet and Brickhouse Families wishes and desires. Please continue to uplift the family Tracy Ann Norfleet Brickhouse and all connected families through words of comfort, telephone calls/text messages, prayers, "virtual" hugs, thoughts or even just a smile.

Tracy was strong willed, hardworking, and a one-of-a-kind person. We will remember her smile and compassion for people, and her desire to help anyone. She will be missed, and memories will be cherished by all who knew her.
