Barbara Jean Hunter White "Bet" was born on January 24, 1944 to the late Sylvester and Essie Mae Hunter of Belvidere, NC. God dispatched his Angels to bring Barbara Jean home to glory on September 19, 2021.She was preceded in death by her son, daughter and great grandson (Gary White, Linda White and William White, Jr.).
"Bet" family has decided to celebrate her loving life starting on Friday, September 24, 2021 with a WALK THROUGH viewing from five o'clock until the seven o'clock hour at Bay Branch AME Zion Church, Belvidere, NC. On Saturday, September 25, 2021 the Hunter-White Family will cachet the life of Barbara Jean at one o'clock in the afternoon at the Riddick's Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery where Pastor Millie Jordan will bring forth words of comfort.
SPECIAL NOTE: ALL participants planning to attend the WALK-THROUGH viewing and Celebration of Life service are required to wear a face covering as well as follow all health and safety protocols.
Barbara leaves many years of blissful memories to her loving husband: James White, Sr. of the home; one daughter: Loria White of Belvidere, NC; one son: James White, Jr. of Winfall, NC; eight grandchildren: Andrew, Travis, William, Sr. (Chantelle), De'Andre (Jasmin), LaTisha (Shantel), Gary, Jr., Quanika and Shakira; ten great grandchildren: Aniyah, Ny'Asia, Ja'Shiyah, Zhea'Onnah, Calia, Kashmir ,Reagan, Kameron, De'Andre,Jr., and Jabrea; two brothers: Ralph Hunter (Eliza) and Sam Hunter; one sister-in-law: Betty; one brother in-law: Jack; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
