The Lassiter Family is sadden to announce the passing of Reverend Algernon Lorenzo Lassiter . The clock of life for Reverend Lassiter stopped during the early morning hours of  Friday, July 6, 2018 in Clinton, Maryland. He was the husband of the late Missionary Elsie Mae Lassiter . Reverend Lassiter was a Solider in the Army of the Lord, as well as a Solider in a branch of the United States Military.

A Obsequies for Reverend Lassiter' s life will be on Saturday, July 14, 2018 beginning promptly at eleven o'clock in the morning at the St. Paul Baptist Church, Sunbury, NC. Viewing of his Earthly vessel will begin at ten o'clock in the morning until the time of the service. Reverend Lassiter will be laid to rest beside his wife of sixty-five years in the St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery.

Reverend Lassiter's legacy will continue through his daughter-Dorothy Lassiter Hopkins (Samuel) of Clinton, MD; granddaughter-Joy Hopkins of Clinton, MD; sister-in-laws, God children; host of dear nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

The Lassiter Family is honoring the wishes of Missionary and Reverend Lassiter by choosing the Dennis J. Stallings Memorial Funeral Home , to carry out their final wishes.
