With broken hearts we collaborate with the mourning Revelle, Powers, White, and Twine Families to announce the unexpected passing of Devon Khamari Revelle , of Winfall, NC. Devon life was plucked like a flower from this earthly home on Saturday, June 30, 2018.

Devon was the son of Paulita Powers and Dexter Revelle. "Dookie" had a love for playing the drums and supporting his favorite College Team the Duke Blue Devils. Devon loved all of his family especially his siblings. "Dookie" was reared in a Christian home and attended Parsons Temple Fellowship Church under the leadership of his grandmother Dr. Catherine White and Bethlehem Apostolic Faith Church of God and Christ.

The young, vibrant and talented life of Devon will be Ceremonialized on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at one o'clock in the afternoon at the Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, NC. Family and friends will have two hours (six o'clock to eight o'clock) to bethink on a life well lived on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Bethlehem Apostolic Faith Church of God and Christ, Hertford, NC.

***SPECIAL NOTE: The family is requesting that ABSOLUTLEY NO PHOTOGRAPHS or VIDEOGRAPHY be taking during the viewing nor the Requiem services.***

Devon leaves to cherish twenty-one years of fond memories to his parents-Paulita Powers (Scott) of Elizabeth City, NC and Dexter Revelle (Bonnie) of Winfall, NC; three sisters-Sharde White, Catherine White and Jasmine Revelle; three brothers-Reginald White (Sharnita), Justice Powers and Jordan Powers; two loving grandmothers- Gwen Twine of Winfall, NC and Dr. Catherine White of Hertford, NC; great-grandmother-Katherine Twine; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.

The Revelle, Powers, White and Twine Families have chosen the PROFESSIONAL team at the Dennis J. Stallings Memorial Funeral Home to assist them during their time of bereavement and beyond through unprecedented, sincere, and personalized detailed services . Please continue to uplift the immediate family of Devon K. Revelle and all connected families through words of comfort, prayer, hugs thought or maybe a smile or two.
