Obituary

"May His peace be with you till we meet again, Till we reach that distant shore, and we'll shed a tear no more. May He give you strength to endure, till we meet again..."

Little did we know that on the morning of  Wednesday, February 7, 2018 that God would call ANDREW LEE KEE name, he bid no one his last farewell or even said good-bye he was gone before we knew it and only God knows why.

Andrew was the son of the late Allen Thurman and Rebecca Celestine Smith Kee. He accepted Christ and joined Joppa Missionary Baptist Church of Hobbsville, NC early in life. He was employed and retired from Chesapeake Hardwood in Chesapeake, VA with 40 years of service. Andrew was well known by his nickname “Boobie” by friends and family or “Heavy” on the job. Andrew will be remembered for his passion for handyman work and entertaining people with jokes from his past experiences.

Our family Matriarch joins his loved ones who previously departed this life: his parents, two brothers Jethro and Alfred Kee, and one sister Joyce Kee.
