Virginia Lee Archie Lightfoot celebrated her last birthday on Earth on December 28th and was granted her Heavenly Angel wings during the early morning hours of December 29th 2018 at the Coliseum Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center in Hampton, Virginia. Virginia was a loving wife, mother and sister and will be missed by all that had an opportunity to know her.

Virginia was the daughter of the late Willie and Hattie Riddick Archie. She was the widow of Melvin Lee Lightfoot.

Celebration of a life well lived will take place on Thursday, January third two thousand nineteen at noon in the Vestry of the illustrious Dennis J. Stallings Memorial Funeral Home, Gatesville, NC. Family and friends will have sixty dedicated minutes prior to the start of the Celebration to view and reflect on the life and legacy of Mrs. Lightfoot. Her final resting place will be next to her husband, in the Perry-Lightfoot Cemetery.

Mrs. Virginia Lee Archie Lightfoot has left ninety-four blessed years of memories to her beloved and devoted daughter-Phyllis Lightfoot of Hampton, Virginia and one sister-Ida Mae Archie of Williamsburg, Virginia.

The Lightfoot Family selected the professionals at the Dennis J. Stallings Memorial Funeral Home to assist them during their time of bereavement through sincere, compassionate and personalized services for Mrs. Virginia.
